OneTap Calm was born from a late-night realization. Our founders — a neuroscientist, a UX designer, and a burned-out startup engineer — were sitting in a quiet room after a particularly stressful day, each coping differently. One was fidgeting, one was scrolling through social media, and one was trying to remember a breathing technique they'd read about months ago.

That moment crystallized the problem: existing wellness apps are built for planned sessions, not for the moments you actually need them. They require you to set aside time, find a quiet room, and commit to a routine. But stress doesn't wait for your schedule.
